I have always been passionate about cooking. Since an early age I have enjoyed experimenting in the kitchen, trying new ingredients, pairing herbs and spices to achieve beautiful bouquets of flavors.
Being born in an Italian family I have learned to appreciate the variety of traditional dishes and the genuine ingredients of my country.
Having traveled quite extensively I would say that today my cooking is Italian with an international flare. Previous owner of a successful catering company in England, pasta chef in Switzerland and owner of Debbie’s Dinner Atelier, I love my new restaurant and look forward to meeting you soon.
